The location is FANTASTIC, really close to train and metro stations. The room was a good size and comfortable. Staff were ALWAYS very friendly and helpful.
Air condition was not working in the room. Near the station, you might feel some vibration.

the shower was good with clean towels provided daily. the room cleaning was done every day. blackout curtains and windows opening for fresh air were very useful. luggage storage and a later checkout time were convenient.

easy access to buses going to the city center and back to gare du nord. a metro station is easily accessible. this made transportation simple. there are also restaurants open late close by.

The hotel is very close to the metro. Some nice restaurants are nearby. I was able to quickly get to different parts of the city. The staff were friendly at the front desk.
The room I stayed in felt very small. I noticed the air conditioning was not working well. I would prefer better air conditioning. I also thought the television was small.

the location had easy access to the metro. the hotel gave a bright and modern feel. i found the staff pleasant. the breakfast offerred enough choices for me.
the television set was small and old. i didn't have tea or coffee making facilities in my room. check in was slow. the person at the desk did not say hello, or offer an apology for the wait time.
