The front staff was helpful, acceptable.
The a/c was out. This meant i had to sleep with the window open. It was SUPER noisy outside. The room was also the smallest I've ever seen.

the location was very convenient to the louvre. the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet included many options and the food was fresh.
the room was quite small and difficult to move around in. there was no door on the bathroom, so there was little privacy. the air conditioning was not working and i had to open the window to cool the room , made it noisy.
