excellent location sweet receptionist perfect hotel super clean room
i loved the location because it was near the st lazare metro and made travel easy. osaka, the receptionist, were seriously a sweetheart. she were great with her helpful service and insightful tips! the hotel were perfect, and the room were spacious and super clean, i swear!
the light weren't good enough and it makes me feel a lil unconfortable.

the family room were large and bright, i liked it. it had super comfy beds, i wanted to sleep forever. the bathroom seemed clean with good water pressure, but maybe a little too good.

the breakfast had many options and delicious food. it included warm, fresh mini croissants and pastries that was constantly. you can leave your things after check-out, that were great.

it had a superb location close to many things i wanted to see. it's near the st lazare station, it were steps away and were too easy. lafayette department store and opera garnier's restaurants are in walking distance.

the staff was friendly, they had someone who speak ukrainian. the receptionist were super helpful and sweet, i were really impressed. the reception is open 24 hours, i feel safe.

great location natural light helpful staff fresh pastries
The location worked perfectly for exploring. I could easily walk to many attractions. My room had a large window, letting in plenty of natural light. The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was varied and filling. I especially liked the fresh pastries.
The elevator was occasionally slow, resulting in a brief wait at peak times.

The metro station is very close. Leaving luggage on my departure day was super helpful. The reception staff are very helpful with questions I had.
