I found the metro and train station proximity particularly advantageous. It allowed uncomplicated access to attractions around the city. The variety of nearby restaurants suited diverse tastes. The availability of supermarkets facilitated simple procurement of travel necessities.
Noise from adjacent rooms disturbed my sleep. This problem diminished the overall quality of my stay. I expect some effort to mitigate such disturbances.

The hotel offered a room upgrade. We received a larger room than initially booked. The location is advantageous, affording convenient access to shopping areas. The staff demonstrated helpfulness. I plan to recommend this hotel to my associates.
During the initial night, I experienced significant noise disturbances emanating from both adjacent rooms and external sources. This made sleeping difficult. It would be better to soundproof the rooms.

The location was indeed great. It was close to public transport.
I had issues with unhelpful staff. When I asked for assistance with a noise complaint, the staff was rude and dismissive (they didn't even try to help!). I was told that hotels might not be suitable for me if I can't tolerate noise, a really weird response. I found their attitude unprofessional.

the location was great. it was really easy to get around (i loved the convenience!). the room itself was clean and i found the bathroom quite charming. the room had easy access.
the bed was really hard. i did not find it comfortable. the corridors felt narrow, i reminded me of i was on a ship.
