I noticed a couple of issues . The bathroom door required considerable effort to close properly. I found the absence of a kettle in the room quite INconvenient for making tea or coffee (I really enjoy a cup in the morning).

the staff was friendly and professional. the express breakfast option included pastries, tea, coffee, juice, and yogurt (it tasted good!). the location is near rue lafayette and a short walk to galleries lafayette and the opera.

the bathroom door required extra force to close. the towel rack fell off the door. i noticed maintenance work in the room next door with loud banging.

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby transport links.

the room i was assigned looked smaller than expected , impacting overall comfort. additionally , the in-room safe was not functioning upon arrival , it required a technician visit to resolve this inconvenience. furthermore , the promised wifi access was unavailable throughout my stay , causing disruption.
