the cleanliness Was substandard. i found a cockroach one night and another the following night. despite assurances from the hotel that pest control had investigated and the insects originated outside, this explanation did little to alleviate my discomfort.

the superior room felt very clean. it included expected amenities. nearby cafes provide many choices. it have good connections to all the sites.
the staff was not very friendly. i think better training sessions are need.

The location was great! It was near every tourist spot and shopping area. The bed was super NICE, and soft. The staff was very friendly.
The cleaner didn't put on any deodorant. He and she made our room smells so bad after cleaning the room.
