the hotel was centrally located. it was a ten minute walk from termini station. you could walk to many attractions from there. lots of restaurants are nearby.
there was a charge to use the safe in the room. an iron was not available for use. it would be useful to have these available.

the location was unbeatable. i could easily walk to the metro outside the opera (a short 5-minute stroll!). termini station was also close, about a 10-minute walk. i loved how clean and fresh my room was! i found the bed very comfortable. the staff were lovely and helpful.

the double room included fresh towels daily and comfortable pillows. the air conditioning worked very well, it ensured a very comfortable temperature. i liked that the room had blackout curtains , made it easy to sleep.

breakfast was a good value, especially at five euros. i found the variety of croissants very delicious and there were lovely marmalade options (i tried one every morning!). the coffee machine was easy to use.

I found the hotel very central. It was great for exploring. The staff were helpful, especially Andrea. He knew everything about the city (that was valuable). I also appreciated how clean and fresh the room was. The bed was comfortable.
It only allowed one or two people at a time.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. I walked to several attractions including the Colosseum. My room had a nice, quiet atmosphere. The staff kindly prepared a breakfast to go because of my early departure.
The room's decor felt a little dated.

Breakfast included a selection of fresh foods. It was sumptuous. The hotel offers custom-made croissants with fillings of your choice, a feature I greatly appreciated each morning. This started my day off wonderfully, every single day of my stay.

I appreciated the hotel's perfect location near the main train station. A short walk was needed to access many attractions. I found the staff very friendly. They created a cute atmosphere.
The lack of in-room kettle was disappointing. I also noticed there are no locks available on the toilet in the room. I think these small additions could enhance the guest experience.
