The location was alright. I could walk to termini station in about ten minutes.
The room was a letdown. it looked nothing like the photos online. It felt quite old and musty.

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. I was able to check in slightly early after a long travel day. The staff provided good directions to a nearby restaurant that was affordable and had tasty food. I felt very welcome.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and I could occasionally hear noise from other rooms.

The hotel is conveniently close to the main railway station. Many popular attractions are within walking distance, including the Spanish Steps (15 minutes) and the Trevi Fountain (20 minutes). The Republica metro station is nearby too.

The room had a high ceiling and enough space for luggage. The television provided access to Netflix (I watched a film). The room was cleaned daily and provided nice white towels.

The reception staff members were friendly (especially the men) and accommodating. They allowed me to store my luggage until check-in time. I recommend this hotel for its value.

The staff showed kindness. They helped us with an early check-in , which was appreciated on a wet day with little ones. Extra pillows was on the children's beds , a lovely gesture of care. We also appreciated help arranging a taxi.
The breakfast area felt a little cramped.

the staff was super friendly, they were always ready to assist. my room was consistently clean i really appreciated that. the location near main attractions and restaurants was a big plus for me, it made everything very accessible.
the walls seemed a bit thin i could hear some noise from other rooms, it was not a huge issue though.
