The staff assisted with taxi arrangements and promptly answered questions. I felt secure. The hotel is a short walk from the República station, an area with many taverns. The main door is secured in the evening, but 24-hour staff and police patrols assured safety at night.

the location was acceptable, close to some restaurants and the republic square.
the room i was given did not resemble the photos at all, though it was clean. the area is neither the prettiest nor the cleanest, and it is also not the safest for walking at night.
