The noise was excessive. Street sounds kept me awake most nights. The air conditioning was erratic. It would cycle between freezing and stuffy. the breakfast lacked variety. It mostly had just pastries and juice, so I needed more substantial options.

The hotel benefits from its location near the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. The proximity to Roma Termini station is convenient. I found the staff VERY helpful, especially with directions. The complimentary water upon arrival was a welcome touch.
It only fits two people comfortably.

The location was fantastic, really close to the train station. I found it easy to reach the main tourist attractions from there. The staff were very helpful and kind (especially when i needed directions). The room was clean and had everything I needed.
This was sometimes inconvenient when returning after long days.

the location was excellent, a short walk to termini station (so convenient!). i visited many historical areas by foot, it was lovely. the staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help, especially jani, so helpful. the breakfast room was pleasant, i loved starting my day there.
the room wasn't very soundproof, but it was a very small detail.
