excellent stay!
good size convenient location pleasant staff helpful staff
i found a good size room. it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. i could easily walk to top attractions within 10-20 minutes. it was a very convenient location. every staff member i encountered was very pleasant and helpful .
the lift was small, a bit claustrophobic for me.

the hotel is near several good restaurants, including an really good pizzeria right next door!!! it provides easy access to the shopping area. i appreciated the hotel being within walking distance of many key attractions.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location was acceptable, close enough to the main attractions.
The room was quite small (i wasn't expecting such a cramped space). The bathroom presented a problem because water splashed everywhere when showering, due to the absence of a proper shower curtain. The bed was also harder than i prefer.

Really good Stay
prime location helpful staff good choice easy navigation
The location was PRIME. It was easy to reach major sites, with a landmark nearby for easy navigation initially. The staff was helpful and very kind during my entire stay. The breakfast offered a good start to the day with enough choice.
I found the lift rather small, causing slight claustrophobia.

The room was nice and neat with good beds. a shower room. It offered a standard Italian hotel style, which worked perfectly fine for sleeping. The room's cleanliness was particularly excellent.

The buffet continental breakfast included two types of sausage, cheese, and fresh pastries. There were also spreads and juices available. Coffee, prepared to order, was GREAT!!!

The hotel quickly responded to my enquiries before arrival, which i VERY much appreciated. They also arranged private airport transport from Ciampino, which worked seamlessly. I noticed daily towel changes and room cleaning.

The location is very good. It is near Piazza Cavour. It is also within walking distance to the Vatican. The breakfast was nice. It was served in a very cozy room.
The room felt a bit old. The shower was awful. The water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. The water pressure was also very low, though the sink had plenty of pressure.

A good italian getaway
wonderful staff diligent housekeeping excellent proximity
The staff was wonderful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations throughout my stay. my room was always impeccably clean, a testament to the diligent housekeeping. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to many attractions. I reached them with short, pleasant walks.
The elevator was quite small. It felt a little cramped with luggage.

The front desk staff offered prompt assistance with luggage storage and also provided detailed tourist information. It allowed for an easier exploration. the breakfast team delivered freshly brewed coffee and were quick to replenish items. i felt supported.
