we found the location quite good! it was a quick walk from paddington station. the staff were polite when i asked for directions. also, the room was clean when we arrived.
The tv remote didn't work well. I think the batteries need changing. this was a small issue, but it was slightly annoying after a long day.

the location, it was quite close to the station. the reception desk never closed, so i felt secure. there was also a supermarket near, this was very handy.
the breakfast felt very basic. it hardly felt worth mentioning, honestly. there weren't enough pillows in the room. i also noticed the cleanliness wasn't the best, especially the dust on the fans.
