i found the staff very cute and helpful. the location was excellent, near cafes and museums. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. it. i appreciated the proximity to the louvre pyramid and enjoyed walks along the seine.
the room i stayed in did not have a clock. i had to ask for toilet paper to be replaced, and the lamp was unplugged by the attendant each day! the room was otherwise lovely.

The staff was super helpful! i really appreciated their assistance with directions. my room had a nespresso machine and that was a great perk. the location was amazing. It was super close to the louvre!
the online photos were a bit deceiving! the carpeting looked pretty old and stained. the wallpaper in my room was peeling off. honestly, i was expecting a bit more charm for the price i paid, it was pretty disappointing.

It began early each morning and continued late into the evening for several days. I found it VERY difficult to relax in my room. the toilet paper was not replenished daily. I had to request it from the front desk.
