the staff were so nice. they were accommodating. the metro was very close to the hotel and it make getting around so easy. i did love the a/c.
the air con was not on across the hotel and it were hot. rooms at the front of the hotel were very small. the single beds were smaller than normal.

the location is quite wonderful. i found a metro line just steps away, it made travel simple. breakfast included great pastries i thought were delicious. the staff provided excellent customer service, i found them really friendly.
i heard noises of it constantly. cleaning ladies talked loudly from 6am every morning so i never had a calm sleep. the wifi did not work at all. receptionist told me it would be fixed, but nothing happened.

The room had modern design, yet it was compact, suitable for rest. A comfortable bed and a coffee machine with tea beverages existed. The hotel location is near the underground metro. a main line. I liked its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, around 20 minutes, also its closeness to local markets.
Cleaning ladies spoke early, so I lacked calm sleep. The wifi did not function.

The hotel provided convenient luggage storage before check-in. There was also a bar with light meals available at 0 floor. A lemon water was there .

The room was clean daily. It had a window for air. It offered blackout curtains and inner curtains. There was also a simple clothes rack by the door, alongside hangers for trousers and shirts, all good for clothes.

This place is close to metro stops. One is steps away. It is a safe place. Walking to the Eiffel Tower is easy. The area felt pretty safe at night.
