I am very thankful for the hotel being close to major transportation. The staff kindly allowed early check-in, so I rested after the airport. The breakfast was tasty. It had enough options for me.
The bathroom was a little small.

The hotel has a great location close to the metro line 13, a five-minute walk. Multiple bus stops exist two minutes away. This allows easy access to main attractions. The train station is approximately 15 minutes by walking.

The hotel is clean and cozy with a functional bar. This bar is available throughout the day, especially useful after a day of walking. The staff is very polite and very helpful with all your needs.

The breakfast timings were amazing, it works for the most people. I liked the buffet, it had everything. My kids especially enjoyed the lobby where some toys kept them busy.

the staff were very helpful they were quite responsive the hotel relocated us to another room quickly the drain in our sink was severely clogged they tried to unclog it but could not.
rooms seem more luxurious in the pictures than they really are

the location was acceptable, with a bus stop very near the hotel (convenient for getting around).
The breakfast was a letdown. the variety of food was limited, and what was available wasn't great. i specifically asked for a taxi to be booked for me. The staff didn't know the prices, even googling an uber estimate. i ended up paying way more than expected, around 79 euros, which was like a rip-off. (i really hate getting ripped off like this).

the location was very convenient. it was close to the train station and also metro stops were nearby. there were supermarkets and bars in the immediate vicinity too.
the room seemed different from the pictures online. our air conditioning unit was not functional, and the room became very hot. the staff did not offer a room change. we expected better service for the price we paid.
