I found the location convenient. it was a short walk to the metro and various cafes. the breakfast had a good selection, i was impressed. the staff were friendly. Ms. vaska provided great recommendations on places to visit (really helpful).
The shower temperature was unstable. It changed dramatically from hot to cold.

Luggage storage was available. It made my departure day smoother. the hotel is close to saint michel and saint germain de pres. the neighborhood felt quite safe. This is one of my favorites.

unstable showerpoor plumbing
i was pretty annoyed that the thermostat in the shower didn't work properly. when i set the shower to a medium temperature , it suddenly switched to either scalding hot or ice cold water. showering was not enjoyable because of this. also , i could hear water flowing whenever someone else took a shower. at first , i thought it was rain , but it turned out to be the sound of the plumbing.
