fantastic Stay Near the eiffel tower
helpful staffefficient systemold carpets
The staff were helpful and always available. I especially appreciated the efficient luggage storage system. The room was very clean and included nice amenities such as a coffee machine and a shower cap. I found free refreshments in the lobby, great when I wanted to relax outside my room.
The old carpets need replacement. The hairdryer felt outdated, and i wish blackout curtains were installed. The heated towel rail in the bathroom could also use an update.

The location was ok. It was near a metro station.
the room was tiny. i struggled with my suitcase. the bathroom was even smaller, turning around in the shower felt impossible. the breakfast was a joke, not worth the money they charged.

the location was good and close to transport links it was easy to get around.
i encountered some problems the room felt smaller than expected given the price i paid. Housekeeping was also not up to standard i found my suitcase had clear footprints on it after they had been in the room. This made me question the cleanliness and care taken by the staff.

i found a nearby train stop very useful. several restaurants are also close. i appreciated the short walk to the eiffel tower. the 24 hour reception was convienent.
the room i stayed in felt very small. it was difficult to fully open my suitcase.
