The location near shops and restaurants was convenient. The hotel staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. This made dining out simple and enjoyable. We loved the variety available. Plus, the quick email instructions on reaching the hotel by train were beneficial.
Our room on the second floor faced the street. The noise level was not ideal, especially at night. The hotel offered ear plugs because of the noise, and this detail bothered me. The room windows opened into a courtyard so could not get fresh air.

i found the neighborhood beautiful it was well-located and close to place des vosges. i enjoyed discovering new treasures every day i wandered the streets. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel included good wifi access.

the staff was friendly and helpful at all times the front desk was available 24 hours a day and the staff were very courteous and nice i had a seamless experience with their service.

afternoon tea service was available and quite enjoyable a hospitality bar offered complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the evening i found this a very cute touch after long days exploring the city.

breakfast included a decent selection with unlimited coffee and tea the breakfast salon provided a pleasant start to the day i noticed the breakfast area was nicely maintained offering tasty options.
