The staff was really friendly. location was excellent, and the room had everything we needed. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It had enough space for my needs. the hotel's proximity to public transport made getting around easy.

i found the room to be a bit small for three people. there was no microwave, ice, or coffee available in the room. this made it a bit inconvenient for quick refreshments.

the hotel location is NEAR a metro station. i found some good restaurants nearby.

I was disappointed with several aspects. the bathroom sink was clogged. there was also no shampoo provided. ONLY a combined product for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. this seemed inadequate for a hotel charging these rates

The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout, so I could explore more before my flight. The room was clean with fresh towels daily. Vending machines and an ATM were available in the hotel, a real plus!

The bathroom faucet had cold water only, controlled by an inconvenient push-on mechanism like a public bathroom. It made washing hands and face a bit awkward.
