helpful staffroom slippersconvenient location
i found the staff to be quite helpful with directions. my room had slippers and water, a nice touch. the location made getting around easy as i could walk to central parks and attractions.
the bathroom lacked adequate bench space. i also thought more hooks for towels were necessary.

unpleasant odorpoor materials
the duplex room was not up to standard. the rope assisting descent of the stairs had a distinct odor. the smell was unpleasant and needs addressing. i believe better quality materials should be used in these rooms.

the location was acceptable and close to many attractions
the staff wasn't friendly at all i entered the hotel and the receptionist was busy with her work she didn't greet me or acknowledge my arrival even though i was standing right in front of her also the room was pretty noisy at night because it faced the street

The room I had was quite small though it was clean. Sound traveled easily through the walls. I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway, it was annoying. It took a long time to get to my floor.
