a pleasant and well-located accommodation
pleasing varietyattentive staffold blinds
the breakfast service presented a pleasing variety of items. staff were very attentive and ensured the area remained clean. i found the location convenient, with access to nearby facilities. free coffee was available, a feature i greatly appreciated.
the blinds in my room were quite old, and rather dusty. these also did not fully cover the window, so it was difficult to block out light at night.

the staff was attentive, fulfilling requests promptly. breakfast was provided daily with an ample selection of pastries and hot dishes. i found them very professional and always willing to assist.

the room featured a television. i appreciated the inclusion of towels, soap and shower gel. the room also included a hairdryer. linen and beds were very clean.

I am grateful that the location provided easy access to public transportation. I found a Sainsbury's supermarket nearby which was very convenient. The room included an electric kettle as well. Free coffee was available from a machine in the dining area, which I appreciated.
The room felt slightly dated .

i stayed with my daughter. we found the bed very comfy. i loved the complimentary bottle of water and selection of teas available. the earls court tube station is conveniently close. i really appreciated the quick access to transportation for our city explorations.
the bathroom could have been a tad bigger, but it wasn't a major issue.

the staff were really lovely and helpful throughout my stay. they assisted with directions and offered prompt service when needed. their friendly attitude made a big difference and created a cute atmosphere.

The hotel is near three tube lines. This made getting around very easy. kensington gardens is only a 15-minute walk. earl's court station is conveniently close, just a 3-minute walk.

The room had comfy beds. It reminded me of sleeping at home. the bathroom was very practical and clean. i requested a hairdryer because of the voltage. It was waiting for me in the bathroom!!!!
