our family booked many rooms for our wedding. tom, imogen and bill ensured the wedding was perfect. they were available to help with queries and offered excellent advice. the managers were attentive and professional, even handling minor issues quickly.
The snack tray took over the dressing table. It was difficult to know the cost of items before consuming them.

the hotel offered a hot buffet with well-presented food, guests frequently commented on the delicious food. the wines were of good quality for the price.

the staff were very good too ensure our wedding was perfect. tom and imogen were personally present, and bill continued the excellent service into the evening.

the hotel has lovely, comfortable adjoining rooms. breakfast offered something for EVERYONE. I felt really surprised by the great service and atmosphere.

The staff was nice. I cannot complain about that.
The room, a "Superior Double Room" , was less than superior. I found a loose sink tap and a loose window catch , which I thought was charming , but not functional. Also , a constant sewer drain smell wafted from the bathroom. It was so refreshing , not.
