great airhot water
The air conditioning worked very well. the nespresso machine in the room was convenient. I liked the plentiful hot water.
The repair on the shower door was required when i checked in. It was done the next day.

The location provided easy access to key attractions. The supermarket nearby proved very convenient. Staff allowed bag storage prior to check-in which helped a lot.

the location was really convenient for getting around. our room was clean and well-equipped (i especially liked the ac!). i found the staff to be friendly and always ready to help. it was easy to get to from the airport, and the 24/7 reception was a plus.
the night doorkeeper wasn't very cute on a couple of nights. i'm usually not one to complain, but it was a bit uncomfortable.

the team provided a lovely welcome, offering really helpful assistance throughout my stay. reception was open 24/7, even late at night. the staff responded quickly to an email i sent prior to arrival about a late check-in.

the breakfast provided a good start to the day (especially with the fresh pastries!). there are also several nearby cafes offering alternatives for breakfast if you want a change. the location is convenient to some good food options in the surrounding area.
