The staff members were friendly and helpful (I felt welcomed). The onsite restaurant was convenient, and I received a 15% discount on my meals there. The room was basic but very clean. The included breakfast offered good value considering the price.

The car park was quite steep.

I had to haul my luggage up the stairs. a group of noisy people kept me awake until 2:30 am. What a joy. the breakfast was pretty simple and lacked a fried egg. I wanted one

I found some aspects disappointing. the room lacked promised amenities. There was no fridge with water or bathrobes as advertised. it seemed like i overpaid for what was essentially a standard room (perhaps i should have confirmed what was included beforehand).
