The room and bed offered great comfort. the bathroom was clean, and the shower worked very well. staff provided tea and coffee. I could request more when needed. i enjoyed the dinner menu and the food which presented good value and fine cooking.
i noticed slightly less tea and coffee in the room than expected.

the hotel is near bus stops that service routes into the city. a garden centre sits around the corner and features an indoor area that resembles a magical winter wonderland. i found this proximity most advantageous.

The bedroom had tasteful furnishings. there was a wonderful indoor child play area complete with books and games. i enjoyed the windows. They opened easily to let fresh air into the room!

The family room was spacious and had a unique layout. This arrangement allowed us to separate siblings while still staying together. The included breakfast was fantastic. It was freshly cooked and just what we needed before heading home.
The car park requires careful navigation due to its proximity to a busy intersection.

we stayed in a good sized, clean room last night. it felt comfortable. our breakfast was cooked by georgia and served by dawn (they were great!), all food came out together, nice and hot.
i ordered a drink at 10.15pm and the staff behind the bar were openly complaining about their working conditions. they were unhappy people were still in the pub garden. it.
