The receptionist greeted my family warmly and explained everything fully. I appreciated the friendly service upon arrival. The room was excellent and the breakfast was just right. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

There was no clear information regarding evening food options. A screw was partially out of the plug next to the bed. This prevented me from charging my phone near the bed. The heating instructions were not very clear.

I found the lack of clear instructions for the heating frustrating. the window had a noticeable gap around it. The room became uncomfortably cold as a result. breakfast disappointed me, the rolls were stale, and the hash browns were unpleasant. I did not enjoy it.
