Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

warm greeting friendly service excellent room

The receptionist greeted my family warmly and explained everything fully. I appreciated the friendly service upon arrival. The room was excellent and the breakfast was just right. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

There was no clear information regarding evening food options. A screw was partially out of the plug next to the bed. This prevented me from charging my phone near the bed. The heating instructions were not very clear.

the room was acceptably equipped, it included a comfortable bed.

I found the lack of clear instructions for the heating frustrating. the window had a noticeable gap around it. The room became uncomfortably cold as a result. breakfast disappointed me, the rolls were stale, and the hash browns were unpleasant. I did not enjoy it.

The breakfast offered a good time range. It had varied food options. I found the parking good and night ACCESS. The bed size and facilities inside my room worked superb. The room felt large enough and CLEAN.

Proper direction to locate the lift was not given to me. As a new customer, I suppose to be given more details on the usage of cards given to me.
