i liked the room i had. it was a family room and it was very spacious. the bathroom was also a good size with fresh towels. i also appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room, it was useful.
the skirting boards looked dusty, i did notice this in the public areas. the paint was chipped in the corridors too and there was peeling wallpaper. i found the banister on the stairs wobbly. i feared it would give way if i relied on it too much.

I appreciated the complimentary parking. It saved me a lot of hassle! The room had a television, great.
The corridors need some maintenance because of peeling wallpaper, so I hope management addresses this soon.

The location was really convenient, as it was within a short walk to local shops. It was close to the stores at Burton Place. I could walk easily to the archery store. That was my main reason for visiting.

This hotel features free parking. This really helped! Receptionists were helpful with any questions I had. The Catherine suite has a fully equipped kitchen. It included cutlery, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, and an oven.

the location was convenient , allowing an easy walk into town.
the staff at reception were surly. the executive room i paid for promised a 'city view' , but this was inaccurate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite comfortable. A TV, fridge, and microwave were great additions. It was lovely this was our second visit and we would definitely stay again.
I noticed a thin wall between my room and the room next door, I could hear them through the wall. Their beds backed up to the same wall as mine.

The hotel does not offer food, I found several nice places to eat within walking distance. This made it easy to explore local dining options and enjoy a variety of cuisines without needing a car.
