Wonderful City Stay

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. Getting around was easy from there.. The breakfast selection included always very fresh items. I also found a tram stop very close to the hotel, made airport access quite simple.
The room's air conditioning did not seem to work properly. It was hard to adjust the temperature, and I needed to open the window to cool the room. This made it a little difficult to sleep well.

The hotel staff proved excellent and attentive. I enjoyed the option of getting a night cap after tram rides in the city. They also offered great local beer on tap which I found quite good.

The location is superb near public transport hubs. This proximity made travelling to various destinations very easy. The ease of access really enhanced my overall experience in the city, a gift.

irregular cleaningpoor shower
The room cleaning happened irregularly. This was annoying. I had to ask for clean towels and toiletries. The shower drain worked poorly and water pooled on the bathroom floor after each shower. I don't think I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is near the main train station. This made train travel within Europe easy. Tram D runs a minute away from the hotel. The room remained quiet. The breakfast provided tasty options. The coffee stood out as excellent and more varied compared to similar hotels. My room was colorful. It included a handicap-friendly design. The bed offered great comfort.
Housekeeping was only offered every three days.
