The location was super convenient for visiting the Babbacombe Model Village! It was only a short walk away. The hotel provided a good welcome cake in the communal area. I used the cutlery and crockery to enjoy a takeaway one evening.

The location was perfect for exploring local attractions. I appreciated the communal area with complimentary tea and coffee. The owners clearly thought of every detail, even providing biscuits in the room for a nice treat.
The walls seemed quite thin, and I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

The room had a mini fridge. It easily held several drinks. i found the bedding very good. the bed itself seemed comfortable.
the room felt quite small. the en-suite also seemed small. i noticed the room was on a main road and there was some noise. only the top part of the window opened, so the room felt stuffy.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, a very cute experience from arrival. i found the videos helpful. They made accessing the hotel very easy. the breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked, and plentiful. the owners were also very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. I appreciated their recommendations.
