mixed experience at this hotel

ineffective air conditioning unreliable wi-fi

I encountered a few issues . the air conditioning in the "standard twin room" was quite ineffective (it barely cooled the room). i also found the wi-fi to be unreliable. It frequently disconnected. these problems detracted from what could have been a more pleasant experience.

the reception staff was helpful on the phone before my arrival. the room itself was in good order and it was such good value. the breakfast was delicious , so much to choose from.

the bed and pillows were too hard. the carpet had a stain. i could hear people walking around above , the floorboards were very creaky and woke me up.

The location proved useful for my work trip. I parked my car early, and the deputy manager offered attentive service. My room was more spacious than initially expected. The street outside the hotel provides many pubs and restaurants.

The check-in staff were courteous. I got an unexpected suite upgrade which was VERY welcome. The car park was on site and reasonable at £12 per day.

Really good Stay in Chiswick!

I found the staff cute and helpful. The room was clean and super tidy during my entire stay. I appreciated the complementary coffee and tea provided. That was a really nice touch. The bus stops are very close, and the tube station is within easy walking distance.

The room was very warm, but the air conditioning worked well!

The room I stayed in was spacious. It featured high-end fixtures and fittings, very fancy. The bed was really comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I slept so well. The kitchens include suitable white goods along with a great TV, iron and ironing board.

The staff was cute and professional, very attentive to all guest requests, really good. Every interaction was met with genuine kindness and efficiency. I really liked that. The team were really nice too ensure my stay was seamless.

The location is great. It is a quick walk to the underground station. That helps a lot. There are plenty of shops and cafes close by. I appreciated that a lot. The hotel sits close to the A4 and right on the excellent Chiswick High Road.
