the room was clean the bed was comfortable
i found some issues the window had no locking facility this was a concern i felt uneasy about the security situation a friend could walk straight into the hallway and knock on my door the main doorway lock seemed ineffective

the proximity to the train station really worked. the room included a useful fridge and tea and coffee facilities. i found the communication regarding directions very effective and clear. the option to book onsite parking in advance was also quite convenient.

the lack of an iron was annoying (i needed it for my shirts). there was no response from the host, so i couldn't iron them. this left a sour taste.

the location was great. it was easy to reach by car. i found a fridge in my room. it was convenient for storing food i bought from a nearby shop.
