the location is central. it was close to shops and transport. the staff seemed helpful. the breakfast had gluten-free options which was great.

The hotel's location proved convenient, being close to the main walking street. public transport access was easy because two bus stops were nearby. i found the room provided good value and comfortable pillows. the staff was both friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance.
my room faced an irish pub, and the noise levels were high until late into the night. sleep was difficult because of the disturbance. soundproofing could certainly improve.

The breakfast was good.. it provided a perfect way to start a busy day. Staff members were helpful and friendly. Farouk was very kind and professional.
The hotel is located opposite an Irish bar, resulting in very loud music late into the night.

i found the staff very accommodating and knowledgeable. i received many great food suggestions from them it was always a pleasure. the breakfast included a lot of options i really appreciated that.
the noise level bothered me. the rooms are not sound proof and a bar opposite had karaoke all night. it made it difficult to sleep.

the hotel location is fantastic it is central to everything. i found all kinds of shopping and museums within walking distance. the hotel is close to the bus stop for transfers.

The staff was very friendly. They helped any way they could! The room was really looked after every single day. Breakfast had healthy options as well as delicious ones.
The shower had a bad smell. It was hard to use the bathroom. There was no shower pan so the entire bathroom floor got wet when showering. There was no bar.

The front desk staff provided helpful assistance. I found the breakfast adequate for my needs.
The room felt quite cramped. A small desk obstructed the wardrobe making it hard to fully open. the noise from a nearby pub persisted late into the night preventing sound sleep. This was an annoyance.
