charming stay near the harbor
spacious room helpful staff
the room was spacious and clean with a modern design. i found the staff to be attentive and helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast with its fresh and varied selection.
The elevator service was occasionally slow. It caused minor delays during peak hours.

ocean vicinity breakfast options helpful staff
The hotel is close to the ocean and offers rooms with views of esjan. I liked that. breakfast had many options. i enjoyed the location near bus stop 9, laugavegur, and harpa.
The shower is small. It is difficult to shower without wetting the entire bathroom floor.

The rooms were clean. It was a large, beautiful space. It met my needs. the family suite included two bedrooms. It was very comfortable for five people. the rooms have no air conditioning, only fans.

The staff was helpful. the front desk was accommodating and allowed an early check-in. the staff would call if i needed to be up early or to get bus stops.

parking is easy and right in front of the hotel. the location is a few blocks away from shopping and restaurants. bus stop 9 is within a short walking distance from the facilities.

Breakfast had fresh fruit, cereals, bacon, eggs, waffles, croissants, meats, cheeses, and yogurt. the breakfast is a typical hotel buffet. It offers many options. i think prices in iceland are high overall.

a decent stay
friendly staff convenient location outdated room missing fridge
the hotel had a location very close to the centre. lots of eating places were nearby. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found it convenient for exploring the area.
the room could have been better. it felt outdated. there wasn't a fridge in the room, i was told this is only available in premium rooms.
