practical stay
helpful staff wide choice
the staff were very helpful and accommodated our needs well. they arranged a taxi and assisted with takeaway orders for other guests. the breakfast offered a wide choice, and the dining room was spacious.
the room was quite small, leaving limited space for luggage. there was no refrigerator available in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and there were two blankets provided. the bathroom was clean however. The room was small for two people with luggage as there wasn't much space.

the reception staff were really good, very friendly and easy to communicate with. they provided useful hints about local places and were always ready to offer hot water for tea, which i appreciated.

cozy stay with pleasant surprises!
friendly staff tour pickup gluten-free option
I found the reception staff friendly and helpful. They assisted with taxi arrangements. the location worked well since many tours provide pickup and drop-off services at this hotel. i thought the breakfast was nice, especially with its good price and the gluten-free options.
The room i had felt quite small. There was only limited space on the sides and end of the bed, made moving around a bit challenging.

unfriendly staff soda fountain
The hotel did not clean my room unless I requested it. The breakfast staff acted unfriendly. I witnessed staff help themselves to the soda fountain, even though it was closed .

breakfast spread gluten-free food friendly staff
i had such a blast! the breakfast spread was awesome. i grabbed gluten-free goodies too which was great. the reception staff were gems, super helpful and friendly, a real plus!
the drains were a bit wild. in one room, the shower had some surprises, and in the other, the sink was a bit too enthusiastic about overflowing!

convenient location friendly staff free parking
the location was convenient! i rented a car and the drive to downtown took only five minutes. the staff was nice. parking was free.
The room was very small. I barely had enough space to open my suitcase.
