average stay with minor issues
poor bathroom design missing hair dryer
the location was quite convenient to shops and attractions.
the bathroom design was poor it was difficult to enter the shower because of the small space between the toilet and the shower stall also the bathroom was quite narrow and i could not find a hair dryer so i did not have access to one

ideal location local shops public transport
the location was ideal, a short walk to the waterfront. i appreciated the proximity to local shops and restaurants. the helpful staff offered assistance with directions and recommendations. the ease of access to public transport was also a plus.
The shared bathrooms felt a bit cramped during peak hours. An additional facility would enhance convenience.

a lovely stay downtown
charming cafes lovely shops short walk smooth check-in
I found the location quite ideal. It was near transport, charming cafes, and lovely little shops! exploring tourist attractions was easy too, and the harbour was just a short walk! the room was very clean and felt spacious, i felt a real sense of calm in my room. check-in was also very smooth and comforting.
the elevator occasionally smelled faintly of food from the restaurant below, though it was a minor issue.

The staff responded quickly through the intercom. They provided assistance with simple requests! the communication felt easy, and they were patient with any questions i had about the area. It was a very nice experience.

excellent location helpful staff unserviced room new towels
the location is excellent. i easily accessed the pick-up and drop-off station for tours because it is in front of the building. the staff was helpful and easy to work with when i had schedule changes.
the room was not serviced. however, they did replace used coffee sachets (i am grateful). there were no clean mugs or new towels provided.

mixed feelings about my stay
urine smell moldy shower
the staff was very helpful and friendly.
the room smelled strongly of urine was good. the shower was moldy and had limescale, and the water had a terrible smell. it was also hard to sleep because the room window faced a busy street.

The location proved very convenient. I liked the shared kitchen, because it had all necessary equipment for cooking meals. The room included a useful sink. I appreciated the staff allowed me to stay in the kitchen until my bus came.
My room had a broken door frame near the handle. This looked like someone tried to break in, and it did not inspire confidence
