the breakfast included local specialities. the staff shared suggestions about the town (i found that useful).
my room on the top floor had a slanted roof in many parts of the room.

easy accessibility room adequacy beverage availability
The hotel is near bus stop 8. Tour pickups and drop-offs are easily accessible. My room worked well for a couple. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available to drink all day. That was a plus.
One of my rooms was small. The bathroom lacked ventilation or a window. The humidity was constantly at 100% inside that bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the main attractions. I mostly used it to store my things and rest, and the location worked perfectly for that. I found many spots to be close to the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly . They were always available for questions! Lots of tourist information is available in the reception area. Brochures and maps are plentiful, and these details helped me with my plans.

ideal location
early check-in short walk luggage storage
the hotel offers an early check in after a tiring flight. the location is great. bus stop #8 for tour pickups is a short walk. luggage storage is available, it's a big help. i stayed in the single room, it was just adequate for sleep.
the staircase felt old and carrying luggage was difficult.

The room was clean and cozy with comfortable common areas. sofas are available on each floor's landing. It encourages guest interaction. the receptionist gave directions to free parking by the church, it was useful.

the hotel is in the city center, next to the landmark church. the location is near prime tour sights and meeting points. it is close to main areas with food and bars. the hotel offers easy access to dropoff and pickup.

reception staff were helpful and professional. they tried their best to accommodate guests. staff is available 24/7 to assist, this is important. the staff was warm and friendly, that is important to me.

breakfast was excellent, it is a varied and abundant breakfast. i enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast. free coffee and tea are available, it is a good plus. this is beneficial for all guests.

small bathroom no elevator
The location provided easy access to key attractions. The breakfast had plenty of variety.
The room size was quite small. The bathroom was ridiculously small. Using the shower was a very cramped experience. There was also no elevator, requiring luggage to be carried up several flights of stairs.
