busy baramazing staffcomfy bed
the bar was indeed busy and offered free live entertainment . the reception staff were amazing exhibiting superb customer service. i found my room clean and the bed quite comfy offering great water pressure in the shower and for a relaxing bath
the carpets seemed a bit old and worn not giving off the most pleasant scent

i noticed the food presented excellent quality alongside excellent value for money during a short visit. the basics were excellent including simple amenities like parking heating and reliable hot water. off street parking was certainly ideal

I found the reception staff helpful when I misplaced hotel. The hotel offers a great price for a budget traveler. I appreciated the ample free parking available in its large car park. Navigating the one way system around the hotel was easy. The leisure area had very good equipment.
The window in my room was difficult to open fully limiting fresh air.

The hotel features a swimming pool, and I enjoyed a swim at 6pm one evening. It was not crowded. Breakfast offers fantastic value and high quality, with a good selection of items. There are also ball rooms available. These can accommodate up to 450 people.

The room was super clean when I arrived, and it had ample tea and coffee. The bathroom included clean towels and linen . I found the bed large and very clean so I had a pleasant night's sleep.

The hotel's location provides easy access to the beach, a walk of about ten minutes. The hotel also provides proximity to the city center, convenient for exploring. I was able to walk to many places from the hotel.

Mixed Experience with Some Definite Drawbacks

The evening meal was a letdown. I waited five minutes to be seated in the restaurant. No staff was, and no one was eating. The bar offered only crisps as a snack. Notices indicated only card or mobile payments were accepted. The receptionist could not suggest alternative dining options either.

The receptionist, Mr Shaghasi, was helpful. He welcomed us warmly and showed us the tea and coffee table available each evening. Live singing in the bar area was also something I attended. The weekly schedule for the singers was posted on the notice board.
The room was not clean. I saw a dirty radiator, light switches, and a shower soap dispenser that didn't work. There was no cleaner for the duration of the stay.
