the location was convenient, near transport links. the staff were friendly.
The room was not properly cleaned, i noticed dust under the bed. the air conditioning did not work. It was stuffy. instead of moving rooms, i received a complimentary breakfast and an electric fan, not ideal.

The check-in process was smooth and fast. The staff provided excellent assistance with directions to local attractions. The room featured blackout curtains. I slept soundly. I found ample storage space for luggage.
The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. This made organizing toiletries challenging.

The hotel is well-located near the train station I found shops very close. The room was spacious plus it had lots of light which was very nice.
The bathroom seemed like a plastic box it reminded me of a caravan. My room smelled a lot like a public toilet I found that to be true.
