i found the staff cheerful and helpful . the room included modern furniture and a large comfortable bed. i particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfasts, which arrived piping hot and were expertly prepared each morning.

this made access a bit challenging for me.

The breakfast was good with cooked-to-order options. Staff was friendly, SOOO helpful.

The radiator in my room did not work well. The bathroom heating also was not working. I requested another radiator. The rooms appear tired, especially the outside of the building.

The location was excellent for the zoo trip. It was just across the car park.

The pool area felt outdated, and it was very cold upon getting out. I saw no investment in the hotel or the pool. There was a cracked tile in the bathroom.
