central location sweet staff many shops many stairs rooftop breakfast fifth floor
the location is central it is near many shops. the subway is close though i did not use it ubers were available. the staff were sweet.
there were many stairs to reach the room on the fifth floor. the room was fine. the rooftop breakfast had a beautiful view but it was a bit of a climb. i wish i had known about the stairs beforehand.

The staff provided early check-in because i arrived early. The staff also stored my luggage prior to my departure.

Charming stay in a prime location
prime location easy exploration quality breakfast
The location was amazing. I found it very easy to explore the older part of the city from there. The shops are right next door to the hotel. Breakfast had great quality and variety.
The stairs to reach the reception area are steep. It was a bit difficult with luggage.

amazing stay!
rooftop bar included breakfast helpful staff city information
I really enjoyed my stay. the rooftop bar was something special. they offered a great breakfast and it was included. the staff told us everything the city had to offer. This was really helpful.
there was no elevator for people and the stairs were steep.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of items. It was definitely delicious!!! the rooftop bar also offered amazing drinks in the evening, with views of the surrounding area. staff at the bar were very polite.

The room was perfect. it was really nice furnished and located on the 5th floor. the panoramic view from my room was inspiring. I especially liked the cleanliness, and the air conditioning worked really well.

The hotel was very central in baixa, with lots of shops around. it is close to a main district, so a lot of popular places were nearby. the subway is close to the hotel too. Transportation was easy.

friendly staff helpful information rooftop view broken elevator steep stairs narrow stairs
the staff were very friendly. they were also helpful with information on what to do in the area. the rooftop was very nice, and it had great views. i did like that i could walk to nearby restaurants from here.
there was no elevator working at the time of my stay. i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. this was inconvenient as my room was on the fourth floor. the stairs were steep and narrow, so it was difficult.
