pleasant room and helpful staff

the room was large with a sofa. windows opened with views of the gardens and entrance. the staff we met were friendly. everyone was helpful.
the loud humming noise from a fan kept me and my daughter awake. water pipes were loud whenever water was used. the tv turned on by itself at 6am.

lovely placehot water
the staff and the place WAS lovely.
we asked for a quiet room. they put us on the 2nd floor above the garden used for a late night wedding party! there was NO hot water to bath or shower in the evening.
