My room was clean. The hotel's location is definitely central. The breakfast was excellent (especially the variety). Staff were helpful and friendly.
Parking availability was limited in the evenings. It seemed dinner reservations took precedence over hotel residents. The restaurant was fully booked on some evenings. some tables was free. The restaurant was closed on a Sunday at 7 pm, made finding somewhere to eat difficult.

The breakfast had a wide variety. It offered everything i could wish for. i stopped in the garden room, excellent. the hotel location was minutes away from everything.
The room also had a faint body odour smell, so i had to open the window on arrival. i ended up closing the window because of the traffic noise. I found it uncomfortable. room 133 is on the first floor next to the outside illuminated sign and constant traffic goes past until the early hours. It is very noisy because it's near the roundabout!

The location was excellent, directly opposite the beach. the room offered everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i found the dining room fine, and the food was excellent. The breakfast was highly recommended, with smart staff uniforms in the restaurant and bar areas.

the room was clean and spacious. it was adequate for my needs.
the restaurant service was a letdown, though. i booked dinner, the food seemed like it sat under heat for too long and the vegetables were dried out. breakfast was no better. the coffee was hot water with instant coffee i would not return.

the room was spacious and very clean it had a tv a kettle bottled water snacks tea coffee and hot chocolate. the bed was very comfy plus there were two arm chairs in the bay window i could look out to sea from. the bathroom had both a bath and a shower this was very handy. breakfast included fresh fruit toast and jam plus a full english breakfast that was amazing.
room 133 is on the first floor next to the outside illuminated sign there was constant traffic going past until the early hours so it was very noisy since it's near the roundabout. the room also had a faint body odour smell so i opened the window on arrival. i closed the window due to the traffic noise which i found uncomfortable. i did not get much sleep on the first night due to the noise it really spoilt my first full day.

The location was good, right on the seafront, though the parking was expensive.
I had emailed the hotel to request an accessible room for my elderly mother. The room they gave us was far away and it had stairs. Staff then said it wasn't an accessible hotel.
