The room did not have good soundproofing. I could hear street noise late into the night. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. I wished there were more fresh fruit options available. Staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. Service was slow as a result.

polite stafffantastic sizecomfortable bed
i found the staff helpful and polite. the room size was fantastic it had a comfortable bed. everything was super clean including tea and coffee facilities.
the bathroom could have been cleaner and there was no tea bags provided only coffee.

the superior double room features ample space and good lighting it also has comfortable furniture. the air conditioning system worked effectively and quietly maintaining a consistent temperature.

The hotel decor included William Morris wallpaper and like effects. Toiletries provided were nice quality. I did sleep well since the room was dark and quiet.
The bar was under stocked.
