I got a canal view double room. it was nice to wake up to the sounds of boats! the location was really convenient with a water bus stop nearby and a supermarket. staff members were always available and helpful. That was nice.
a receptionist was quite rude when i had to cancel a water taxi. it was totally unacceptable!

the room felt very authentic and clean. it had three windows. two windows gave a direct view of a canal. a sink inside the room was convenient since i used shared bathrooms.

The building is beautiful and features historical furniture. My room, decorated in the same style, had a MARVELOUS view of the canal and Lido island. I fell asleep each night to the gentle sound of waves. The staff was AMAZING! They were very cute and always ready to help me with anything I needed.
The breakfast was not particularly plentiful. I wanted a bigger variety of options.

The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions. One staff member were really nice by providing helpful customer service. I received useful tips for local restaurants and destinations around the area, a very nice touch!

Breakfast included a selection of both savory and sweet items, including excellent coffee. I could also order eggs and coffee according to my own preferences. The staff were very accommodating and friendly during breakfast service, which I enjoyed.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Accademia water bus stop. It made it easy to travel around, including to the railway station. I found it easy to walk to Accademia Bridge and the Grand Canal.

My room was very clean, silent, and included effective A/C. I had two windows overlooking the canal. The beds were really comfortable, and I slept very well each night.

The staff showed really good kindness (Lawrence and Giacomo are gems). I appreciated the location. It is unbeatable. The hotel has so much charm. I really enjoyed the vintage decor.
The breakfast was basic. I would have liked some more variety.

The location proved excellent, situated near the Zattere stop and Ponte Accademia. This made getting around easy. It is outside all the hustle but still close to Ponte dell'Accademia.

mixed feelings about this place
good locationbad air conditioningmosquito problem
the location was quite good, close to the waterbus stop. it made getting around fairly convenient.
i found a couple of things disappointing . the air conditioning in my room barely worked, and it was uncomfortably warm. when i opened the windows for some fresh air, i got attacked by mosquitoes. (i ended up with at least a dozen bites!)
