a good hotel with a few flaws

I stayed there for three nights and really liked how close it was to everything. two metro stations are so near! the staff was always smiling and happy to help, i think this. they had free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. It seemed like a great treat after walking around all day.
The room, though clean, felt a bit tiny with a huge suitcase. the street outside was really loud, especially at night. I had trouble sleeping because of all noise.

location has easy access to many restaurants. staff at the front desk re-assigned me to a quieter room, and i appreciate this action. afternoon coffee and pastries was a wonderful bonus.
i cannot control the air conditioning individually. i had to open the window to get fresh air but it was noisy.

the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.
The room was small, barely enough space to move around with luggage. the lack of storage was frustrating. There wasn't a proper wardrobe for clothes, forcing me to live out of my suitcase.

The location was acceptable. It was near a couple of metros, i guess.
My room was an odd shape and way too small. the towels were really thin, a little too thin for my taste. there was also quite a bit of dust under the bed. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to vacuum properly?
