Solid stay near the Nevis climb

I found the location superb for climbing Ben Nevis. A short drive got me to the visitor center quickly. The swimming pool was a nice addition. I used it after my climb. The breakfast selection had a delicious full fry up.
The room decor could use some updating.

The staff were cute and friendly. They made check-in easy. A receptionist, Lizzie, was helpful and went the extra mile. ALL staff from reception to cleaners were very nice and pleasant.

The hotel offers a GREAT location for adventure trips. It is a five-minute drive to the visitor center for Ben Nevis. The hotel is located a convenient distance from town, with parking available and taxis accessible.

My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly. The bathroom was also clean. The shower worked perfectly. The room was ideal for our climbing trip, providing exactly what we needed.

Breakfast offered a delicious and good selection, I must say. The food was REALLY good and had a wide variety to choose from. I especially enjoyed the full fry up with sausages, haggis, and black pudding. It was AMAZING!!!

the swimming pool was warm and enjoyable for the kids. bar meals were excellent and had an ideal selection for both children and adults. breakfast offered a really excellent spread with LOTS of choices.
i booked a room with a mountain view, but the window mostly faced the trees.

the room included a tv, a kettle, and two mirrors. hot water was available, and towels were also provided for showering. the bed was comfy, and shower gels were available.

Fantastic Stay Near Ben Nevis

I found the swimming pool to be LOVELY. The breakfast offered a good selection of items, and I enjoyed the full fry-up before my walk. Staff members were very nice. Everyone from reception, waiters, bar staff, and cleaners were pleasant and helpful.
I noticed that rooms need upgrading.

The location is ideal for climbing Ben Nevis, approximately a 5-minute drive to the visitor center. Town is easily accessible with a short drive, and parking is available. Taxis are available. Walking to town takes about 30 minutes.

The hotel seemed quite dated and not very cute. It reminded me of little had been done to update it since it opened.
