The location is central. The bus and train stations are very close. Check-in was easy upon arrival since calling a number provided the necessary information for obtaining my room key. These amenities ensured a smooth start to my visit. The host accommodated my late arrival.
The wifi did not work in my room. I had to use my laptop in the reception area to connect to the internet. This inconvenience needs attention.

The reception staff were helpful. i especially appreciated the attentiveness i experienced (they were always ready to assist). the location was very convenient to the railway station. the breakfast offered good choices. I even enjoyed crumpets. staff also kept my luggage after i checked out.

The gentleman at reception was great. He kindly took my luggage up the stairs. It's a very short walk from the train station, so that was great. I found a handy Chinese restaurant nearby. The food was quite tasty.
My room didn't have a curtain covering the window. It was a bit odd. the TV remote didn't work. Its batteries were flat. These things should be checked more carefully.

the location is great! it's super central and really close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were also awesome (robert was really helpful with directions).
i found the room to be a bit noisy at times, especially with street traffic outside.

the hotel offers baggage storage before check in, a great bonus for early arrivals like me. breakfast includes a self serve continental selection with cereals, toast, and yoghurt pots, all easily accessible. this makes mornings quick and easy.

my room had a digital tv with youtube and netflix, nice. the bathroom was new and very clean, and there were plentiful towels provided (always a plus!). the room was light and airy.
