older style pleasant staff good room size hot water
The building maintains an older style that I found appealing. Staff offered consistently pleasant service . My room had a good size and the bathroom was spacious. There was blistering hot water as typical in scotland.
I noticed that the check-in time was very strict, and the front desk representative was quite curt about it.

The hotel has an elevator that I found super helpful for navigating floors. I saw that the bar looked great, though I did not personally dine in the restaurant. Safety measures are in place addressing fire concerns.

The hotel sits in the middle of town, next to the river. Many shops and restaurants are located nearby. Notable churches and the cathedral are also very close. Pedestrian walkways and the inner city are easily accessible.

Check-in was efficient and faultless upon my arrival. The staff looked attentive, friendly and professional when providing service. There was a warm welcome from the staff , made for an easy start. They looked after all needs dining in the evening.

perfect location spacious room good shower warm radiator
i loved the location, it was perfect for exploring the city! the room was spacious and comfortable. the shower and bathroom facilities were good, everything worked very well. the radiator kept the room nice and warm.
the hotel didn't provide umbrellas when the car park was a bit of a walk away and it was pouring with rain.

the room was very clean and warm, a big plus! i requested a walk-in shower, and i got it, so that was convenient. there were also soft towels and a kettle with tea, coffee, and biscuits.

The hotel is pet-friendly. I really appreciated that! there are public parking spaces available near the hotel. also, the hotel has a lift that makes moving between floors easier with luggage.

breakfast had many choices, and you could have unlimited amounts of everything!!! i like that very much. the bar food was also pretty decent. i liked the local cuisine offered in the restaurant.

the staff seemed happy while working, so nice to see! they were helpful and friendly. i could tell they were very busy, so i really appreciate them being kind. katrina was super helpful, too!

The room was very clean with comfortable beds. The bar staff were friendly. The hotel offered a prime location near shops. Parking was close and inexpensive, costing only £5 for 24 hours.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, so the room became warm.

the location was central near the river. breakfast was tasty each morning. i found the staff to be pleasant and helpful with directions.
my room felt quite dated . the lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy at times. i noticed some dust accumulation on the furniture.

good-sized room hot water helpful elevator
i had a good-sized room with two twin beds. the bathroom was also a decent size and had very hot water. the hotel has an elevator, super helpful. the bar looked good, though i did not eat in the restaurant.
check-in time was strictly 3 pm. the front desk person was quite curt about this strict rule and offered no flexibility. i left my baggage unsecured and returned later.

The location provided easy access to the river, and I found it convenient to be within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast buffet was varied. I appreciated the plentiful options available each morning.
The lack of air conditioning made the room somewhat uncomfortable. It was difficult to regulate the temperature.
