ceiling mold bleach smell
the hotel is close to dining, shopping and water transportation, so that was acceptable.
the ac unit dripped water, and i saw mold all OVER the ceiling. maintenance USED bleach after i complained, and the room smelled. IT gave me headaches.

fresh towels lovely breakfast ideal location
The staff helped us print tickets and promptly provided fresh towels. The breakfast had lovely options and everything was clean. The location proved ideal with the Rialto bridge being very close and Saint Marco Square within walking distance.
The alley was a bit difficult and made it harder to find the entrance.

the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. the location is near the famous bridge. rooms were spacious and clean.
the front desk wasn't nice at all. i had to turn my key card every time i left the hotel.

Fantastic Spot for Exploring!
central location spacious room convenient bars
The central location made it simple to reach many destinations. It was also near a boat stop. The room was larger than expected, something I really appreciated. Nearby bars closed around midnight, nice for good sleep.
I thought the air conditioning was a little too strong at night.

the location was fantastic! it was only a short walk to the rialto bridge. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the room was clean and the pillows were fluffy
