great location!

friendly staff clean room convenient location

the hotel is close to the winter gardens. i attended the rebellion festival at the winter gardens, it was very handy. the staff was always available and friendly. the room and bathroom were both clean.

the television remote did not match the television.

The location is amazing. It is very close to the winter gardens. the proximity to the tower, town, seafront, and beach is a great benefit. south king street car park is also nearby at a reasonable price.

the hotel offers a continental breakfast. while i didn't have a full english breakfast, the continental options provided a sufficient start to the day. the dining area was clean and well kept.

clean room hot shower helpful staff

the staff helped us move to another room. it was good as the tv in the first room didn't work. also there was no hot water in that room! the new room had a great hot shower. the room was really clean.

the lift had a very unpleasant smell.

The location is GREAT. The housekeepers were fantastic, they could not do enough. All the staff were friendly. Showers had comfy beds.

The tv didn't work, it was due to the sea breeze.
